Appointments, Benefits, and Payments
We aim to deliver optimal care in alignment with the standards outlined by the American Association of Orthodontics. This encompasses, but is not limited to:

Appointments – A 24-hour notice is required for cancellations. Missed appointments and same-day cancellations incur a $50.00 fee, payable immediately, with a 10-minute grace period. Providing more notice increases the chance to accommodate another patient in need.
All Patients – Up to 2 no-shows or same-day cancellations are permitted. Subsequent missed appointments result in a $50.00 fee per occurrence. Timely attendance at recommended appointments is crucial for timely treatment completion. After three consecutive missed appointments, emergency/maintenance appointments are provided until treatment discontinuation.
Assignment of Benefits – Acceptance of benefits assignment requires all relevant information before the appointment and insurance company approval.
Patients with Insurance – Confirm your eligibility; ineligible at service time incurs full charges. It is your responsibility to know your coverage. Insurance claims are filed as a courtesy, but payment depends on the insurer's review and adherence to policy terms. Rejected or discontinued insurance payments may lead to balance transfer and contract renegotiation.
Payment Methods – We accept various payment methods, including monthly payments through Auto Pay, Care Credit, or in-office financing at 0% interest. Bank statements will show OSI (OrthoSynetics, Inc.). Payments are due by the 5th, 15th and considered late after the 20th, incurring a $25.00 late fee.
