Dental Marketing Coordinator

Pediatric Dental Center of Frederick — MD

The Marketing Coordinator is responsible for planning, organizing, and executing marketing strategies and patient outreach initiatives to meet both short-term and long-term business development goals. This role manages communications, media, and advertising efforts to effectively promote the practice and its services to patients, referral partners, employees, and the broader community.

This is a full-time position that requires occasional evening and weekend availability. The role will be mobile for at least 75% of the time, with the remaining time spent in the office. Please note, this is not a remote position. Experience in a dental practice is a plus!

REQUIREMENTS:

 

  • Manages and updates the practice's website and different social media platforms.

  • Must always represent the practice in a professional, pleasant, and cooperative manner.

  • Maintain regular attendance and adhere to assigned work.

  • Must be able to comfortably and efficiently handle multiple deadlines and task assignments.

  • Must be able to work both independently and cooperatively in team settings.

  • Initiates, leads, and directs new business proposals and efforts to carry through.

  • Always maintain the highest level of confidentiality to HIPAA standards.

  • Adhere to strict safety guidelines and procedures to OSHA and office standards.

  • Daily travel, by car within Maryland, West Virginia and Virginia. Must have drivers license.

  • Plan and attend team building events, patient events and community marketing and social events.

  • Must demonstrate excellent communication skills by talking to others to convey information effectively.

  • At least two years of experience in marketing coordination. In the areas of online and digital marketing as well as in person marketing.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Utilize Google Analytics and other tools to track and analyze marketing performance.

  • Coordinate advertising efforts across various channels. Including in person office visits to increase referrals from surrounding dental practices.

EXPERIENCE:

  • Proven experience in marketing, including campaign development and execution.

  • Familiarity with print advertising processes and best practices.

  • Experience working with Google and social media platforms.
